Leading ‘trade only’ treatments company Forté is moving into new territory with the launch of a range of workshop consumables for everyday use by garage technicians.

The six aerosol products, due to be unveiled in September, are being launched in response to increasing demand from its base of nearly 9000 garage customers and will complement Forté‘s existing range of 16 vehicle treatments.

Forté‘s new workshop consumables range includes a Brake Cleaner, Silicon Lubricant, Electrical Cleaner and Degreaser, Rust Penetrant, Copper Grease and White Grease.

Phil Dugmore, Technical Manager at Forté, said: “We have listened to what garages have asked for and identified these high quality consumable sprays as a valuable addition to our wide range of engine and transmission treatments. Garages will be able to buy them from our salesmen when they purchase our other products which will mean they won’t have to go to another supplier for consumables they use on an everyday basis.

“Our workshop consumables, used in conjunction with our range of treatments, can help ensure the longevity and maintenance of vehicles. It’s a new range that offers garages the opportunity to purchase more of what they need from a single source. At the end of the day they a required tools for use in the everyday service and repair of motor vehicles.”
