K3 Panacea hails 'Customer Day' a great success
Fifty local businesses gathered from across southern England to gain new insights into the vital importance of customer service in today’s challenging UK economy.
They were invited by integrated business solutions company, K3 Panacea, to a special Customer Day that was held at the headquarters of popular business software firm, Sage. The key theme of the event was developing strong customer relationships and the issues that many businesses are currently facing in their markets.
Bob Anderson, General Manager of Sage, explained to the audience the special relationship that Sage and K3 Panacea enjoy and their distinctive approach to business partnership.
He said: “British businesses appear to view partnerships as more than just generating capital; they see it as a relationship that adds real value and that is what I see within K3 Panacea and Sage’s partnership.”
Both companies used the event as a platform to introduce delegates to the new features and benefits of the upgraded version of the Sage 200 Suite of financial management, customer relationship management and business intelligence software all in one solution. The new business system is set to dramatically enhance productivity and reduce administrative workloads for SME’s. It includes new tools, such as Business Intelligence, that enable firms to gain a fuller understanding of their business, allowing them to react effectively to changes in their market.
This was backed up by delegate, Karen Flanagan, from L-3 Communications ASA Ltd. in Fleet, Hampshire, who commented: “The Customer Day was extremely worthwhile and included a workshop on Sage 200! We had already upgraded to the new software, so I was able to understand new aspects of Sage 200 that would be extremely beneficial to us as a business.
