Motorist wins Nintendo Wii in Good Garage Scheme competition
Yvonne landed the top prize in the Forté-backed organisation’s latest feedback draw competition after using Enfield-based Good Garage Scheme member Empire Garages for work on her vehicle.
She chose a Nintendo Wii as her prize which was presented to her by Ajay Gokani of Empire Garages and Good Garage Scheme representative, Tyron Dodgshun.
All customers of Good Garage Scheme members are invited to give feedback on the service they receive and are entered into a prize draw which takes place several times a year. Customer feedback helps form a five star rating system for each member garage on the website www.goodgaragescheme.com.
Yvonne said: “I just gave feedback on the excellent service from the garage – I didn’t realise it was a competition. To find out I had won was a lovely surprise.”
Launched by Forté over four years ago, the Good Garage Scheme’s membership comprises of independent garages and workshops where customers are assured of service excellence.
Now widely accepted as a mark of quality for independent garages across the UK, Good Garage Scheme garages are recognised as providing exceptional service to their customers based on a rigorously monitored mandatory code of practice. Customers looking for their nearest Good Garage can quickly locate one using the easy-to-use search facility on the Good Garage Scheme website.
Anndi Sheppard, Marketing Manager of the Good Garage Scheme, said: “Customer feedback is one of the cornerstones of the Good Garage Scheme, helping us ensure that our customers receive the highest standards of service from member garages. The feedback competition is our way of giving something back to our customers and we are delighted to have given Yvonne a winning start to 2011.”
